At Edifier, we are committed to providing high-quality audio experiences; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals to be eligible for processing.
Initiate a Return Request
Log in to your Edifier account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Pack Your Audio Gear
Carefully place the product in its original box with all cables, ear tips, and documentation to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
